Tara Tainton was born in Indiana where she grew up with ‘limited views’ she wanted to escape from. She attended the Purdue University in Indiana and graduated with a BA in English in 1987. At 19 she was briefly married, feeling stifled she set out as a divorcee, moved to Australia and began exploring her sexuality through writing and modeling.
